Linda M Farley

Linda M. Farley is an accomplished speaker, writer, and consultant. Before starting her own company, she had over 25 years’ experience with AT&T, managing sales, retail, and customer service operations. She was the Zone Manager, AT&T Phone Centers as well as National Training Manager.  While serving as Staff Manager Marketing/Personnel for a 13-state area, she mediated union grievances at the second step.  She personally managed multi-state operations of over 100 employees with revenue of over $16M.

Facilitation and Instructional Design:

Linda has extensive experience in developing courses for processes and technical training as well as soft skills for a variety of industries. After years of use, one client still refers to the blended learning program Linda developed as “the Gold Standard.”

Because of her business background, she was chosen to write the curriculum for the South Texas Women’s Business Center, which was used to educate small business owners on business and marketing plans, management skills, and operating a profitable business.  Linda also has a high level of expertise in training trainers and training program managers. She was chosen by the U. S. Air Force Personnel Centers, the U. S. Forest Service, and the City of San Antonio to train their training staff.

 Personnel Development

Linda has coached and designed development programs to improve performance and deepen personal insights for a variety of industries including retail, call centers, medical and manufacturing.  She has coached individuals including executives and has trained Managers and staff on management and coaching skills. Having grown up with a family in the construction industry, she connects well to people who work in the trades as well as those in offices.

Business Operations and Personnel Management

In addition to operating her own profitable business, Linda has developed sales, marketing, and process strategies for numerous operations.  She has worked within union and non-union environments and

has handled personnel issues such as hiring, performance improvement, evaluations, and skill development.  Linda routinely coached managers on management and supervisory skills.  She has developed training, facilitated, and coached management staff for aviation, non-profit, government, banking, financial, and a variety of other industries.

Community: Committed to community involvement, Linda was the 2002 President of the San Antonio Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development, now Association for Talent Development), and is a former Board Member of Network Power Texas.  She was a Senior Instructor for San Antonio College for over five years.
