How do the online courses work?

Online courses work by delivering educational content and resources over the internet, allowing learners to access them remotely at their own pace and convenience.

Once you have logged in and purchase your course, you are enrolled. To navigate your course, click on your name on the top right corner. There will be a drop down box and you would want to click on “My Courses”. For there you should be able to click on the desire course to begin learning!

To access your courses, simply log in to your account using your username and password. Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard with a list of available courses. Click on the course you wish to access, and you’ll be directed to the course homepage where you can begin learning.

  1. Certificate Generation:

  2. Your certificate will be automatically generated once you’ve successfully completed and passed the course.

    Accessing Certificate if Misplaced:

  3. 1. Go to “My Courses” located on the top right corner, under your name.
  4. 2. Once you’re on the dashboard, look for the “Achievements” tab on the left side.
  5. 3. Click on the “Achievements” tab. Here, you’ll find the certificate you need.
    4. Simply click on it to download.

  7. Downloading Certificate:

    You’ll have the option to download it as a file once you can see your certificate.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, and instructions for resetting your password will be sent to you via email.
