This presentation is eligible for up to 1.5CME Diversity credits or 1.5CME General credits. Presenter proposes questions that disputing parties and neutrals may internalize given cultural or racial matters impacting mediation process during the conference, specifically the workplace mediation; biases as forces at play in mediation causing communication interruptions and placing any hope for a resolution in jeopardy. This presentation points mediators in the right direction to address some of these issues.
