This two hour interactive virtual workshop will help you identify the components of bad meetings and avoid repeating bad meeting habits.  You will learn how to create and implement a working agreement and model good meeting habits.  Every meeting has its challenging people.  This session will provide examples of how to disempower negative behavior that is often demonstrated in meetings and to communicate in a way that responds to negative statements in a positive, collaborative manner.  You will leave the session with a concrete action plan that will help you model the right behavior and to lead others in productive meetings.


You will be able to download a participant workbook prior to the session.  The workbook will serve as your guide during the session and is packed with resources to use for future meetings.


Please prepare to use video and voice during the session so that you can interact with the facilitator and other participants.  Get ready for a fast-paced, information packed session that will take your meetings to the next level.
