Presenter proposes questions that disputing parties and neutrals may internalize given cultural or racial matters impacting mediation process during the conference, specifically the workplace mediation; biases as forces at play in mediation causing communication interruptions and placing any hope for a resolution in jeopardy. This presentation points mediators in the right direction to address some of these issues.
