Designed to create life balance and put life in perspective, this session presents ways to manage time, reduce stress, focus on what is truly important in life and reach your heart’s desire. Be ready to use your video and audio to fully participate during this session 1.5 hour session.

We all sometimes get stressed, off track and frustrated with our lives. This interactive virtual workshop will help you identify what is important in your life and view your life holistically. During the session you will focus on what is important to you and determine your priorities. You will learn techniques to help reduce stress and create an action plan to implement after the workshop. You may even dust off those dreams you’ve put aside for years. Our goal is to help you regain your motivation, de-stress and find the zest for living you deserve. Prepare to fully participate in discussions, breakout groups and other activities. Have your audio and video working when you arrive.
You will be provided a handout to use as a worksheet during the session.
