Guno is the founder and President of RM&A, Inc., and a team member of ADRA's instructors.
He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator, a Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator and a registered FINRA Arbitrator.
Guno received is an experienced family and commercial disputes and workplace mediator.
His educational background is in Psychology / Education, Counseling and he hold a JD.
Guno is a Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Armed Forces. He has a strong background in Leadership and Human Resources Management. He has received intensive training as a Department of Defense Human Resource Officer and is a graduate of the U.S Army Soldier Support Institute Advanced Human Resource Course.
He served as a member of on the City of Orlando Certification Appeals Board and Chapter 57 Discrimination Board and he was a peer teen mediation Instructor at the Orlando Alternative High School.
He served as a dispute resolution instructor at the Orlando based Alternative Middle school and he has been recognized for outstanding volunteer service to the Orange County public School system.
